Therapy is an intimate, deeply personal experience. Through establishing a collaborative relationship, clients are able to explore their thoughts, feelings and behaviours in a safe space. Treatment begins with an initial assessment and establishment of needs and goals. Clinical psychologists are trained professionals who rely on evidence-based techniques to facilitate recovery and growth. Because every individual and situation is unique, treatment length varies from person to person. Dr. Hoskins offers intervention for those 18 years of age and older. Individual and couples therapy is available as well as intervention for military personnel and first-responders.
