Sessions are 1 hour in length which includes time devoted to rebooking and payment. Payment is accepted in cash, credit, e-transfer,or cheque. Payment is due at the time of session (please note that direct billing is currently unavailable). A receipt will be issued for insurance reimbursement and tax purposes. Rates listed are informed by APNL and NLPB's recommendation.

Please consult your insurance company and EFAP program regarding coverage. In some cases, certain requirements must be met to avail of insurance (ie: a physician referral).

• Individual therapy $235

• Couples therapy $275

Please note that 24 hours notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling an appointment. A full session fee is charged if adequate notice is not provided.
